Welcome to the Test of Shady Rest 5! This year we are bringing a little something extra, with 9 temporary holes added on to the standard course. Those 9 holes have been selected from an original tree course that was played before the installation of the track we know today. Rubber tee pads and baskets will be set up for the additional holes on Friday morning before the event, the more help the more time for practice.

This year, our dear friend and fellow disc enthusiast Rigo Becerra was tragically taken from us at far too young of an age. Just 3 days from his 27th birthday. To honor this unreached age we dedicate this layout and the entire tournament in loving memory of a friend who loved life and disc golf as much as anyone. May his joy flow through us all, not just in this tournament, but forever more.

Round 1 (Saturday morning): “27 for Rigo” Shady Rest regular course long tees plus 9 temp holes.
Round 2 (Saturday afternoon): Shady Rest 18 hole short tees.
Round 3 (Sunday morning): same 27 hole layout as the first round.
