The Flats layout is as follows:
1 - Long: Hole 1 Concrete Tee to Hole 2 Target, Short: Hole 2 Concrete Tee to Hole 2 Target - Sidewalk and Beyond OB Left, Sidewalk that crosses fairway is played as OB River
2 - Hole 3 from LONG TEE - Water is OB
3 - Hole 4 Long and Short Tee - Fence and Beyond ON Left is OB, water is OB, path is SAFE
4 - Hole 4A - Tee box located across the sidewalk and to the right - Must cross sidewalk to be in bounds. Mando LEFT - play area is OB - Sidewalk and Beyond is OB
5 - Hole 4B - Road/Pavement is OB
6 - Hole 5 - Long and Short Tee - Water is OB, Fence/Pavement/Road and Beyond OB, Sidewalk is SAFE
7 - Hole 6 - Temp Long and Short Concrete Tee - Sidewalk and Beyond is OB, water is OB
8 - Hole 7 - Long and Short Tee - Sidewalk is OB
9 - Hole 8 - Sidewalk/Road/Pavement and Beyond is OB - Random bit of concrete in the fairway is safe
10 - Hole 9 - Sidewalk/Road and Beyond is OB
11 - Hole 10 - Long and Short Tee, Parking Lot is OB, Fence and Beyond OB, Road/Sidewalk and Beyond is OB - Surrounded by water is OB
12 - Hole 11 - Sidewalk/Road and Beyond is OB - Surrounded by water is OB
13 - Hole 13 - Road and Beyond is OB
14 - Hole 14 - n/a
15 - Hole 15 - Plays from 15's Concrete Tee to 17's Target on top of the hill - Mando LEFT of marked orange tree
16 - Hole 22 - Long and Short Tee (Downhill shot, tee is behind HQ pavilion) - Water is OB
17 - Hole 23 - Long and Short Tee - NO MANDO - Parking Lot/Road and Beyond is OB, Sidewalk and Beyond on RIGHT including the 'y' is OB, the sidewalk that crosses the fairway is played as OB River - (Uphill par 4 that plays alongside the road back up to HQ pavilion)
18 - Temp Hole plays to Practice Target near HQ Parking Lot - After 23 walk kinda towards hole 22's tee near the tree line to find the Temp Tee - Parking Lot/Road and Beyond is OB

The Hill Layout
1 - Hole 1 to Hole 7's Target located just past the big tree (you should be able to see the target)
2 - Hole 8 - Sidewalk/Road/Pavement and Beyond is OB - Random bit of concrete in the fairway is safe
3 - Hole 9 - Sidewalk/Road and Beyond is OB
4 - Hole 12 from TEMP TEE to 12's Target - Temp Tee located across the street kinda towards hole 10's Tee located in the 'y' of the sidewalk.
5 - Hole 13 - Road and Beyond is OB
6 - Hole 14 - n/a
7 - Hole 15 - n/a
8 - Hole 16 - n/a
9 - Hole 17 - n/a
10 - Hole 18 - Temp Long and Concrete Tee (Short) to 18's Target
11 - Hole 19 - Road and Beyond is OB
12 - A - A's concrete tee is located across the road towards the pavilion and plays diagonally across the road to the visible target (About 275') - Road and Beyond is OB
13 - Temp - Temp Tee is located just past A's target and slightly to the left. This tee plays back across the road to the Temp Target just short of 21's Long Tee
14 - Hole 20 - Walk past hole 21's Long Tee to find Hole 20's Concrete Tee
15 - Hole 21 - Long and Short Tee - Pavilions/Concrete Slab OB
16 - Hole 22 - Long and Short Tee (Downhill shot, tee is behind HQ pavilion) - Water is OB
17 - Hole 23 - Long and Short Tee - NO MANDO - Parking Lot/Road and Beyond is OB, Sidewalk and Beyond on RIGHT including the 'y' is OB, the sidewalk that crosses the fairway is played as OB River - (Uphill par 4 that plays alongside the road back up to HQ pavilion)
18 - Hole 1A - Turf Tee - After Hole 23 walk across the Road and up the Hill - On the other side of the first tree line next to the sidewalk you will find 1A's Turf Tee pad - Sidewalk and Beyond on LEFT is OB - Sidewalk that splits the fairway is played as OB river. You may land Short or Long of the OB River, just NOT TO THE LEFT of the Sidewalk.
