Hello everyone, as a send-off to a great year at Tranquility Trails, the Teebirds would like to host a fundraiser event. This event will be a bring-your-own doubles partner. Buy-in is $75 per team. If we get ten teams, the top two teams will be paid out. If we get more than 20 teams, the top three will be paid out. During the scheduled lunch break, we would like to invite you to a BBQ. We will have burgers, hotdogs, chicken, chips, water, and utensils. To limit costs, please bring your own drinks.

Player packs will be an unclaimed lost and found disc.

The layout will be short 4s long 3s but with a twist. We will be playing hole 19 also as a par 2, making it a 19-hole event. To add more excitement, every hole will have a $5 cash CTP. CTPs will only be out for the second round only. We will be playing two rounds with the same partner. After two rounds, we will add both scores up. Winning team will receive cash and (2) 7x7 practice throwing nets !

Each player will get one throw from hole 1 tee pad to practice basket for a chance at 200$

Some of the projects we will use the money for are:

Concrete all the short tee pads. Most of the feedback we have gotten for Tranquility Trails is that the short tee pads need to be bigger, and the turf is slippery in wet conditions, creating a hazard for many of you.

The other project we would like to complete is the formation of a 10x10 shed. The shed will allow us to keep the lost and found inside with a drop box and pickup box. This would allow for a seamless process, helping you get your disc back faster in your hands.

As many of you have also seen on hole 7, we are losing most of the trees. The money raised from this event will also help us start rebuilding holes 7-11. We would like to see Tranquility last for years to come, so it's crucial we start to rebuild now.
