Team Funk Junior Worlds FAMILY FUN DAY Doubles Tournament at The View DGC

Round TWO!
DeFunk Disco, Bay County Disc Golf, and Dynamic Discs are teaming up to send TEAM FUNK to The Junior World Championships in Peoria IL! Your tournament registration and all proceeds go toward covering travel expenses, lodging, registration, meals, and hopefully we can get them a little spending money as well. So this tournament at The View will be a doubles tournament! There will be ONE division. This isn't about best score, this is about coming together as a disc golf family, having fun, and most of all, supporting TEAM FUNK! Teams that place will get prizes, but there will be random drawings for all teams that register for awesome prizes including a DeFunk Disco Lat 64 basket. There will also be a prize for the team with the BEST name. This will be voted on using a Facebook poll. Gift cards and other disc golf related items will be up for grabs. As a special bonus, all players who register for this tournament or the Bomber Run tournament will automatically be entered to win a Marksman practice basket.
Player's meeting at 8:00, shotgun start at 8:30. Lunch at noon, second round starts at 1pm. Awards at 4:30.
We will also have a funky twist on this doubles tournament. There will be an opportunity to get a golden disc via raffle. Golden disc will get your team on the card for a CATERED ROUND with Team Funk, group photo, you'll be a part of Team Funk video, custom team funk golden disc! Your team will be able to play with Nolan/Gavin or Kaleb/Violet with snacks and beverages. Two rounds means there are FOUR opportunities to win a golden disc.

PLAYER PACKS include a Team Funk shirt and a custom stamped Team Funk disc. You can show your support before, during, and after Team Funk goes to Jr Worlds!
BBQ Pork Lunch will also be included in each player pack. Additional plates will be sold while they last.
It should be a fun day and we hope to see a lot of folks showing support.
DeFunk plastic will be available as well as backpacks and baskets. Custom Team Funk member discs will also be available for purchase. No RV this go-round, as Tyler has other obligations.
