8:30-9:30am player check in and MA4 & Junior divisions pick up players pack.
9:15-9:20am Quick player's meeting
9:20 am Players head out to starting hole
9:58 Two-minute warning
10:00 Tee time
1-hour lunch. 1 hour starts when last card is finished from round 1.
2nd round will be posted online and at tournament central.
The event is estimated to end around 5-6 pm depending on the weather and speed of play. At that time we will do awards and prizes.

Tall grass: all divisions play same tee
Oak Island: MPO, MP40, and MA1 will play all long tees. For all other divisions there will be long tees for all holes except the short tees on holes 12, 13, 15, and 17. That does not force anyone to throw over the long water shots.

MA4 / Junior: These players will receive a player's pack and will be competing for less prize money.
MA1 / MA2 / MA3 / AM40+ and other AM age-protected divisions: No players pack, competition will be for prize money credit based on placement.
(Pay down %50 of the field)
Pro field will be paid out to 40%
Player fees:
Players pack taken out of MA4, Junior divisions
$1 - Ace Fund
$3 - PDGA
$1 - Sanctioning/Insurance
$ There will be a bathroom fee if needed, I will when we get closer to the event.
All division winners receive a trophy. The division needs to have at least 2 people for a trophy.
Ace Pool: Everyone is automatically entered in the ace pool ($1 per player). If there is no ace we will throw off for the ace money after the event.
We will do live scoring. Starting hole #s will be on the pdga website before the event begins. Player check-in is optional. At player check-in, there will be an informational handout with tournament info. I will be available for questions. You can just go right to your hole after check-in and wait for a two-minute warning and then shotgun start.

Trees of Peace Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Any refund requests, including waitlist refunds for those who don't get in, will be honored less a $5 processing/waitlist fee. PDGA refund policy will be followed:https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103.
