About this tournament

The 2021 Twin Town Throwdown is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier Event.
Lunch will be provided to players at Kaposia and Brookview.
AM PLAYER PACKS – Player pack items will not be revealed prior to the event.
The 2020 Twin Town Throwdown will be a National Amateur Disc Golf Tour (NADGT) Affiliate Event. All AMs will receive points in the NADGT series.

Format:
Players will be divided into two pools (A & B) and will play the following:
Friday July 23rd
A Pool - 18 holes @ Kaposia
B Pool - 18 holes @ Bethel University
Saturday July 24th
A Pool - 18 holes @ Bethel University
B Pool - 18 holes @ Kaposia
A Pool - MPO, MP40/50/60, FPO, MA1
B Pool - MA40/50, MA2/3, FA1/2/3
Sunday July 25th
Top 40% of All PRO Players (including ties)
Top 45% of All AM Players (including ties)
Will make "the cut" and play 18 holes at Brookview
Ace Pools:
Optional $5 Ace Pool – All aces will split the pot evenly. If there are no Aces,50% will roll into the TWIN TOWN ROLLING ACE POOL. The other 50% will go to payouts and event expenses.
All divisions with at least 4 players will be recognized. If a division does not have at least 4 players 14 days prior to the event, those existing entrants will be asked to move up to a division that has at least 4 players and/or no trophy will be presented to the division winner.
RAFFLE:
The Twin Town Throwdown Raffle is ALWAYS big and this year will be no exception. You will have multiple chances to either purchase or win raffle tickets. (Must be present on Sunday to win)
Payouts:
Pro Payouts will be sent via PayPal after the event.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Twin Town Events. There will be custom stamped discs, stock stamped discs and other gear to choose from. Merchandise credit must be redeemed at this or any other Twin Town affiliated event. Merchandise vouchers have no cash value and change will not be given.
Refunds:
Refunds will be handled and processed in accordance with PDGA event standards.
Due to the personalization of at least one of the AM player pack options, if you withdraw after those items have been ordered, the retail value, along with a shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund and your personalized item will be sent to you after the event.

TWIN TOWN EVENTS is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will abide by PDGA Guidelines for refunds/waitlist players.
All waitlist players who do not make it into the event will receive a full refund less a $5 convenience fee.
