PLEASE NOTE - PLAYER'S WILL RECEIVE THE UPDATED MOHAWK PARK COURSE LAYOUT 2 DAYS PRIOR TO MARCH. 21st VIA THE VIRTUAL PLAYER'S MEETING!

CASH ADDED WILL BE DIVIDED AMONGST THE GOLD/BLUE DIVISIONS AS FOLLOWS:

GOLD/BLUE = $500

Total = $500

PRO'S | TRUE NORTH WILL DEDUCT A $10 ADMIN FEE FROM EACH REGISTERED PLAYER'S BUY-IN IN THE GOLD/BLUE DIVISION. THE REMAINDER OF THE BUY IN WILL GO DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE PRIZE POOL.

Ex: $200 Buy-in Per Team (-$10 Admin Fee Per Player) = $180 to the Division's Prize Pool.

AM'S | TRUE NORTH WILL PROVIDE ALL PLAYER'S IN THE WHITE, RED & GREEN/PURPLE DIVISIONS WITH A LIMITED EDITION THOUGHTSPACE MYSTERY DISC! VALUED AT $35. THE REMAINDER OF THE BUY-IN LESS THE ADMIN FEE WILL GO DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE PRIZE POOL.

Ex: $160 Buy in Per Team (2 Disc valued at $70 and a $10 admin fee per player for tournament expenses) =$70 given to the Division's prize pool.

This time around True North will be adding 4 additional holes to challenge players!! A comprehensive drone flight of the course displaying the layout and OB's will be posted here in the coming days.

In the morning before your first tee time, please ensure you've checked in with Janice who will take your temperature and ask you some standard screening questions. You can find her at the parking lot near the "WATERPARK". She will then forward you to Tyler who will be at the TD HQ by the Hole A tee pad. There will also be practice baskets available near Hole 1 to warm up.

Welcome to True North's DOUBLE's CASH ONLY PAYOUTS Tournament Day! This day will use players ratings to determine which division you play in. In order to determine what division your team belongs in, there are two methods we will use:

1. Both players must have a rating falling under the required spread of the division. (A team may play up a Division, but NEVER below a Division within their rating).

Example Team #1:

Player 1 - Rating of 901
Player 2 - Rating of 924

Example Team #1 will register under the WHITE (<935) Division. (This team may register for any Division above WHITE if they wish to).

2. If you have an unrated player and a rated player, we will default to the rating of the rated player.

Example Team #2:

Player 1 - Rating of 830
Player 2 - UNRATED

Example Team #2 will register under the GREEN/PURPLE (850 and Below) Division. (This team may register for any Division above GREEN/PURPLE if they wish to).

The format for this day will be as follows:

1.) Player will choose their teams Best Shot.
2.) Teams of TWO.
3.) All WINNINGS from every Division will be paid in cash via E-Transfer.
4.) WINNINGS will be evenly divided amongst both players on a team.
4.) True North will deduct $10 per player in the form of an admin fee.

ALL Divisions will tee off from the same pads.

The True North DOUBLE's CASH ONLY PAYOUT Tournament Day will be a one-day two-round unsanctioned double's tournament. Pick your favorite partner and get ready to rock! You will be playing at Mohawk Park with an additional four holes, two of which have never been seen before!

Each group has been allotted 2.5 hours to finish a single round.

COVID Guidelines:

1. Wearing a mask will be needed when checking in for your rounds. Masks will also be needed when submitting your scores to Tyler. (We ask that you please wear a mask when on the property and during play but it is not required).

2. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your tee time.

3. When you arrive, please park your vehicle in the large parking lot near Hole 1 and walk down the paved road to the playground parking lot to see Janice. She will take your temperature, ask you some standard screening questions and hand you your players pack.

4. Once COVID protocols are completed you will head to the TD HQ located by Hole "A" and the waterpark. Here, Tyler will answer any follow up questions, address the player's pack in more detail and help sign your card into Udisc.

5. Please note, due to the nature of the situation we will not be able to operate a practice area. You are however welcome to use the practice baskets located by the Hole 1 parking lot. Please avoid congregating when practicing.

So we know everyone is prepared, each player will receive a player's pack that contains:

A.) 1 Mask
B.) 1 Bottle of hand sanitizer
D.) 2 Scorecards
E.) 1 Pen
F.) 1 Coupon for the TNDG Retail Store!

PAYOUT STRUCTURE:

The payout structure is tentative and can change based on number of attendees.

True North will payout 50% of each division.

True North will charge a $10 Administration fee to each registered player.

True North will provide to each player in the WHITE, RED, & GREEN/PURPLE Divisions a Limited Edition Thought Space Mystery Disc valued at $35!

When a team places, the winnings will be divided evenly amongst the two players.

Players in EVERY DIVISION will receive two E-transfers when splitting their winnings.
