First round tee off is at 8:00am, each card will then tee off in 8 minute increments. The last card will go out at 10:10am.
The final card will finish at approximately 1:00pm.12:00pm - 5:00pm
Second round tee off is at 12:00pm, each card will then tee off in 8 minute increments. The last card will go out at 3:10pm.
The final card will finish at approximately 5:00pm.

EACH PLAYER WILL RECEIVE THE ADDRESS OF THE VENUE IN THEIR PROTOCOLS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EMAIL ON APRIL 2nd.
Welcome to the newest course in Ontario, brought to you by True North Disc Golf!
Winter Farms Disc Golf Course is a private venue located in Brantford. True North has been working hard to bring you the newest Championship Level Course around. This course will only be available on days that we host tournaments. Please respect the privacy of the owners. But don't worry, there will be plenty of tournaments coming your way!
THIS COURSE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND WE WANT YOUR HELP TO DESIGN IT!
We'd like to invite all of you to hop onto the course and join us Sunday, April 4th! This day is an opportunity for all of you to come and play test the course first hand! You'll be the first players to see the course!
For your $20 entry per player, you will have the opportunity to test out the newest course around, play two rounds and give your feedback to continue to improve the end product!
A comprehensive drone flight of the course displaying the layout will be sent to you in the coming days.
In the morning before your first tee time, please ensure you've checked in with Janice who will take your temperature and ask you some standard screening questions. You can find her at the parking lot near the entrance. She will then forward you to Tyler who will be at the TD HQ by the Hole 1 tee pad. There will also be practice baskets available near Hole 1 to warm up.
Welcome to True North's Early Access DOUBLE's Tournament Day! This day will use PDGA players ratings to determine which division you play in. In order to determine what division your team belongs in, there are two methods we will use:
1. Both players must have a rating falling under the required spread of the division.
Example Team #1:
Player 1 - Rating of 860
Player 2 - Rating of 924
Example Team #1 will register under the WHITE/RED (935-851) Division.
2. If you have an unrated player and a rated player, we will default to the rating of the rated player.
Example Team #2:
Player 1 - Rating of 830
Player 2 - UNRATED
Example Team #2 will register under the GREEN/PURPLE (850 and Below) Division.
The format for this day will be as follows:
1.) Player will choose their teams Best Shot.
2.) Teams of TWO.
TEE OFF ORDER:
A.) BLUE/GOLD Division | R1 & R2 LONGS
B.) RED/WHITE Division | R1 LONGS | R2 SHORTS
C.) GREEN/PURPLE Division | R1 & R2 SHORTS
THERE IS NO OB IN PLAY ON THE DAY OF PLAY
True North's Early Access DOUBLEs Play Tournament will be a one-day two-round unsanctioned double's tournament. Pick your favorite partner and get ready to rock! You will be playing at Winter Farms Disc Golf Course! A brand new 18 Hole venue located in Brantford.
Each group has been allotted 3 hours to finish a single round.
COVID Guidelines:
1. Wearing a mask will be needed when checking in for your rounds. Masks will also be needed when submitting your scores to Tyler. (We ask that you please wear a mask when on the property and during play but it is not required).
2. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your tee time.
3. When you arrive, please park your vehicle in the small parking lot located just inside the property. You will then see Janice. She will take your temperature, ask you some standard screening questions and hand you your players pack.
4. Once COVID protocols are completed you will park your vehicle by the shed and walk along the path by the cornfield (Follow the signs). Once you get to the TD HQ located by Hole "1", you will see Tyler. He will answer any follow up questions you have, address the player's pack in more detail and help sign your card into Udisc.
So we know everyone is prepared, each player will receive a player's pack that contains:
A.) 1 Mask
B.) 1 Bottle of hand sanitizer
C.) 1 Coupon for the TNDG Retail Store!
