Intro to Disc Golf - for those new to the sport, or first time competing in tournaments
(Basic rules, basic throws, how to use the scoring app, etc).
This will be very beginner friendly.9:45am - 12:15pm
Round 1 - Shotgun Start
(There will be a minimum 45 minute break for lunch after the last card finishes round 1)
1:15pm - 3:30pm
Round 2 - Shotgun Start
3:30pm - 4:00pm
Ring of Fire and other disc golf games - immediately after last card finishes round 2

Get ready for the Capone Classic, a 1-day PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Amateur tournament held at the beautiful Wakamow Disc Golf Course in Moose Jaw.
This event is built to be fun, welcoming, and affordable, with a special focus on encouraging every skill level to experience tournament play in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether this is your first event or your fiftieth, the Capone Classic is designed to be one you won’t want to miss!

MA = Mixed Amateur (open to anyone)
FA = Female Amateur (female-protected division)
MA1 / FA1 – Advanced, experienced players
MA2 / FA2 – Intermediate players
MA3 / FA3 – Recreational players
MA4 / FA4 – Beginner / newer players
MA40 / FA40 – Age-protected division for players 40+
MJ18 / FJ18 – Junior division, 18 or under in 2026
MJ15 / FJ15 – Junior division, 15 or under in 2026
If unsure, MA3 / FA3 or MA4 / FA4 are great starting points.
If you would like a division added, contact the Tournament Director.

Divisions may be adjusted based on registration numbers.
• Divisions with fewer than 4 players may be combined
• Female and Junior divisions will be protected whenever possible
• Some divisions may be removed if no players register within one week of regular registration opening
