About this tournament

The PDGA TD Training Academy is a bi-weekly training program consisting of 6 meetings and online coursework designed to train new tournament directors in an effort to grow the sport. I have successfully completed this amazing program led by Scott Withers. With the guidance from Scott, the PDGA, and my local mentor, Jason Jones of Foundyourdisc.com, I am excited to host my very first disc golf tournament as a Tournament Director.
This will be an Amateur-only tournament
2 Rounds of 18 holes at beautiful Badger Park in Peshtigo, WI
Everyone will play all 36 holes
7:30 - 8:30 AM Player check-in & receive players' pack (see note below)
UPDATE Only the first 25 people to sign up are guaranteed to receive a player's pack, as these had to be ordered in advance. After the first 25 signups, registration fees will be donated back to the Marinette Area Disc Golf club to support course maintenance and upgrades.
Player pack includes 2 discs and a mini (a $40 value)

We will be utilizing the PDGA Live app for scoring
We'll be utilizing the Forgotten Fire Fling 2025 Layout as updated on UDisc. This layout uses a mix or rubber, concrete, asphalt, and turf tee pads. No gravel.
The non-PDGA fee is being waived for this tournament
Optional Ace pot $5 bring cash (If the ace pot is not hit, those funds will be donated to the Marinette Area Disc Golf club for ongoing course maintenance)

Refund policy
Withdrawals and refunds are handled in accordance with PDGA policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103 which includes no refunds provided during the final week before the tournament.
