To buy one sweatshirt, choose "ONE" for your division, to buy two, choose "TWO". Use the rest of the form to choose style and customize

Customize yours with your PDGA # and/or name (or anything you want!) on the right sleeve to really make it your own.

- $40 each or get both for $75. ALL proceeds go directly back to NEWDG events!
- $5 for each customization
- Three pick up options: Pick up at the QNE finale @ Crooked Birch (order by 10/3), pick up at 978 (orders ready early November), or have it shipped for $10 (shipped mid November).
