Crossover Disc Golf is proud to present "Sweet and Sour Brutiful BYOP.
The location will be Cedar Grove in Sunman, Indiana this year. This will be the official kick off/opening of the Cedar Grove Brutiful Purple (sweet and short layout) and Blue (sour and long layout) layouts. It will be a day full of fun for sure, and a first hand look at the final layout! Yes, you read that correctly! (finally)
This event will be on Sunday, October 10th. It will be a 2 round BYOP tournament. Both rounds will be "best disc" format. There are no tricks or weird twists for this events. Just 2 rounds of best disc, normal disc golf playing the permanent layout with both the new short 20 hole layout, and the long 20 hole layout.
The cost is $60 per team ($30 per person). This cost includes:
- $16 to Cedar Grove (this will cover the cost of all the new tee pads)
- A Cedar Grove tshirt
- ACE fund
- CTP's
- Pizza and Pop for lunch
- Payouts (top 33% of each division)
There will be 4 divisions. We will use the course color scheme for these divisions. Blue is the upper, Green is the middle, and Purple is the lower. We will be using PDGA ratings for this event. If you are an AM and have no current rating, you are given and 890 rating. If you are classified as a PRO with PDGA and are not current, you are given a 935 rating. The average of your ratings will determine your division.
Blue - >935 average
Green - 890-934 average
Purple - <890 average
Coed - Male/Female
The top 33% in all divisions will receive a payout. I will add cash to the Blue (upper) division. You can play up a division, but you cannot play down a division.
