Sunstein LLP, Greatest Media Team, Disc Golf 978, and NEFA are teaming together to host the 2025 Sunstein Open at 501 Disc Golf Course and Mile Marker 63, in Central Mass. These are some of the best courses in the world, and we're happy to be hosting this monumental tourney all three days offering more divisions and some tee times for the first time ever!

This Tournament will be held on its traditional Memorial Day weekend dates: May 24-26, 2025.

Professionals will play two shotgun rounds on Saturday, one at 501 and one at Mile Marker.

MPO will be begin playing at Mile Maker, and then finish at 501 Disc Golf Saturday.
All Other Pro Divisions will begin at 501 Disc Golf, and finish at Mile Marker Saturday.
All Pros will have Tee Times at 501 Disc Golf Sunday

Sunstein Series is Back!! This event is a 2X multiplier for the Sunstein Series, increasing your chances to getting into the Grand Prix.

Sunstein LLP is the featured sponsor, and will be contributing at least $1000 in added cash to the event. Greatest Media Team will also be filming the MPO Feature Card (selected by Sunstein LLP), and MPO Lead Card so start practicing, and get ready! Check out the video links for last year's coverage. If resources are available we will film an FPO Card as well.

Meeting notes will be emailed day prior along with tentative starting holes.

PDGA Electronic Scoring will be used (email will be sent week of for access details and course rules). Everyone MUST keep score!

Preliminary schedule – Saturday Pros:
8:00 AM - Registration opens and occurs at your respective starting course
8:55 AM - Check In cutoff. If not checked in, will be declared a NO SHOW
9:15 AM - Round 1
12:00 PM - Lunch (On your own, quick turnaround, will end no later than 45 minutes after last card)
1:30 PM - Round 2

Mile Marker and 501 are about 12 minutes apart from each other so we will be begin 1 hr and15 min after last card finishes from round 1.

Award ceremony for podium finishers to immediately follow conclusion of play at 501 on Sunday. So feel free to stay around and watch them get showered with champagne and flowers!

MPO, FPO, MP40, and FP40 winners of this tourney will automatically qualify and be invited as a registrant to the Massachusetts Grand Prix, being held at Maple Hill DGC October 26th weekend. That's right, you read that right that MP40 and FP40 are being added to the the finale event, as well as to the overall series, and we can't wait to see how things turn out.

There will be special CTP prizes for all divisions on Day 2. If you are the last card for your division please make sure to bring in the CTP flags.

We will make use of the PDGA live scoring. Cards will shuffle between rounds one and two based on place. An announcement will be made by email and on the tournament FB page to indicate round 2 start time. Hole assignments will be updated on the PDGA tournament site at least 12 hrs before tee times start before round 1, and at least 30 minute before round 2 begins.

Payouts for Pros will be handled via Paypal within 48 hrs of event completing. Top 40% will be paid.
