SUNDOWN SHOWDOWN DOUBLES brought to you by NO Team and d.b.a. - An Evening of Disc Golf to Support Our Local Community
Saturday March 13th – 2 rounds of best shot doubles. Red Tees.
1st Round – 4:00 pm
2n Round – GLOW GOLF 8:00 pm (or 1 hour after last card turned in from round 1)
City Park Disc Golf Course - Harrison Ave. and Diagonal Drive
Unsanctioned CHARITY EVENT – NO Payout. Funds raised will be donated to Meals For Musicians and Friends of City Park. Time for the Disc Golf community to give back!!
$80 Team Entry Fee – All Divisions. PLAYERS PACK - Each player will get a Tournament Stamped Innova glow disc, a fabulous new NO Team mini, and 4 led disc lights. We will have beer on the course and a boxed/bagged dinner for you to enjoy socially distant style between rounds. And plenty of other fun games and prizes. So come have some fun and help NO Team and d.b.a. support some good causes!
This event is in ORLEANS PARISH. ALL COVID-19 rules and regulations will be in effect and enforced. IF THE CITY DOES NOT CHANGE THE CURRENT PHASE 2.2 RESTRICTIONS as expected, we will postpone the event and reschedule. There will be no refunds. Players pack items will be distributed. Playing slots for the rescheduled event can be exchanged amongst players with notification to the TD, but no new players packs will be distributed.
Registration will close on March 12 or when the tournament fills, which ever happens first. If you need to withdraw, refunds will be given only if you notify the TD of withdrawal on or before March 1, and your spot is filled. If your spot is not filled, keep your players pack items.

NO PLAYERS MEETING – All announcements about rules, tee assignments, sponsors, etc. will be made on the Facebook Event page. Check your tee assignment, show up on time at your assigned tee, and LET’S PLAY SOME DISC GOLF!!
NO AWARDS CEREMONY – We will post the results online. Winners will be allowed to come pick up prizes after the tournament at the course.

WAIVER - All participants will have to agree to this waiver in order to participate in the tournament: "I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the New Orleans Disc Golf Club, Alan Kansas, City Park New Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, it’s departments and employees (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.``

Refund policy
New Orleans Disc Golf Club (NO Team) is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be given before March 1st If withdrawing on or after March 1st, refunds will be given when your spot is filled. If your spot is not filled, keep your players pack items.
