About this tournament

Tee times for round 1 will start from 7am-10:30am, then tee times for round 2 will be from 10:45am-2:15pm. You will play with your original card from the first round. I will post tee times next week, please be there and check in 15-30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. We want to make sure everyone gets out on time, so make it a point to be there early to ensure we can get everyone through while there’s still daylight.

This will be the final event of the year for Play it Again Sports Schaumburg, and will be a C-tier event. We are very excited after the buzz that was going around after Croak at the Oaks to put on another event, and we have heard your call to do another one!

Play it Again Sports Schaumburg will be on-site with the store stock at the event and will be handling the am payouts.

Must have 3 in a division to play, special acceptions may be made if we can combine cards with another division.

We have ordered custom Discraft discs with a variety of different molds, and custom Koozies.

We will have apple cider, water, and a quick bite to eat between rounds for everyone at tournament central!

Parking has been listed on the pictures tab. If the main lot by the practice basket is full there is a secondary lot by hole #9 that has parking spots. Do not park on the path that connects from the entrance, exit, or to the additional parking by hole #9! We are not responsible for your illegal parking.

Layout
1-17 will all be the current course holes. Hole 18 will be an extended hole. You will play from 18's pad to the practice basket up by the parking lot. This will be the only hole change to the layout. Other changes to the course whether OBs, Mandos, Islands, etc will be announced in the near future.

If there is a change in weather that makes us delay or shorten the round it will be announced before the event start. We are hoping for sunshine, but if it needs to be changed we will notify everybody on that on the prior day.

From every entry $2 will be going to Park'd for Parks and their cause. The current projects are Summit and Foxdale to be completed. This will go directly to the basket fund for Foxdale and the Summit project!

The CTP is a $5 buy in and will be a 60/40 CTP. The 40% will be raised to go to the park district for allowing us to put on an event here and to hopefully build a future relationship for tournaments here in the future.

The ace pot is a $5 buy in. If the ace pot is not hit 50% of it will go to the Living Hope Church food pantry and 50% of it will go to Park'd for Parks cause.

Pumpkin carving contest!!!!!
We want to see your best disc golf themed pumpkins! Here’s how it will work. You will have between now and the day of the tournament to carve a disc golf themed pumpkin, when you come to the tournament bring your carved pumpkins up to registration with your name attached with a piece of paper or sticky note letting us know who’s pumpkin it is, and then we will vote in the best pumpkins during round 1 and announce the winners afterwards with sweet prizes! Top 3 will get prizes, and everyone’s pumpkins will be showcased in a social media post!

Refund policy

Cameron Paulsen is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event unless there is a replacement found for your spot.
