All players play same tees both rounds (short 4)
GLOW TAPE AND?OR LIGHTS ARE ALLOWED
Players meeting at 4pm
Round 1 will start at 4:20pm
Round 2 starts ONE hour after last card in from round one.
Entry fee breakdown-
$3/$2 PDGA
$2 admin/parks fee
$2 to GHDGC
Wholesale cost deduction from entry for players pack disc. (~$10)
EVERYTHING else to performance based payouts for ALL divs.
***Overall caps supersede divs caps in some divisions**
Division caps will be lifted 48 hours after registration opens. Disregard div caps after this.
Open spots will then be populated on 3 criteria-
1) Pools and available spots in appropriate divisions to fill cards of 4
2) Order of waitlist registration
3) Similar skill level

THERE WILL BE NO ADDS AFTER 8PM Thurs before the event
DO NOT SHOW UP THE MORNING OF
Players that do not get in will be refunded post event, minus $5 WL fee.
COURSE RULES-
ACO General Rules:
Paths and beyond are OB unless otherwise stated in hole specific rules. Water in ponds or ditch is OB.
Beyond any fence is OB. (2 Meter relief from barbed wire)
Painted line (where present) is OB and supersedes waterline.
LOST DISCS- a disc is declared lost if it cannot be located within 3 min after arriving at the area it is thought to be. For pace of play, please start the clock as soon as all players are assisting. I will STRONGLY suggest players help each other watch shots and send spotters forward where appropriate.
Hole Specific Rules:
Hole 1 - Water in ditch is OB.
Hole 3 - Walking path and beyond NOT OB.
Hole 4 - Water in pond is OB. Play from where last in-bounds.
Hole 5 - Water in ditch is OB. Path and beyond is NOT OB.
Hole 6 - Water in ditch (left) and beyond is OB.
I do not know the chances of a player getting in from the waitlist.

Any player who asks a question clearly covered in "THE ABOUT SECTION" leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and it's likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.

GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email or thru DGS more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
