PARKING
At the Lodge, please park in the grass field to the right of the entrance drive.
At the Legends, please park in the large parking lot between the baseball fields and football field.
DIVISIONS
This event will use the PDGA color divisions. Note that both players on the team must meet the rating requirement for their division.
RPA Gold [open division - any rating - required for ratings over 970]
RAH Blue [rating <970]
RAD White [rating <935]
RAE Red [rating <900]
RAF Green [rating <850]
RAG Purple [rating <800]

This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play
This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon!
PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT
All Amateur Divisions:
-- 2 items from our stock which includes custom discs, towels, and more!
-- $15 from each entry will be payed out to winning teams. We will pay out the top 30% of teams in each division
Open Division (RPA)
-- All money will be paid out to the top 30% of the field after a $10 fee that is used as a donation and to purchase insurance for the event.
All payouts will be sent by Paypal after the event to the email address you provide during registration. Please ensure that you provide an accurate Paypal email address.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please provide an accurate Paypal email during registration. Also, provide an accurate cell phone number in case we need to contact you for payouts.
This event is not a sanctioned PDGA event and therefore will provide payouts to even the amateur divisions. See the breakdown above.
LAYOUTS
RPA, RAH - long pads to black baskets at both courses.
RAD - Long pads to red baskets at the Lodge, long pads to black baskets at the Legends
RAE, RAF - short pads to black baskets at both courses.
RAG - Short pads to red baskets at the Lodge, short pads to black baskets at the Legends
SCORING AND RULES
Please note that we will use traditional scorecards for score keeping. I will send an email before the event with your starting hole at the Lodge.
We will use the PDGA rules for play.
REFUNDS
The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee not to exceed $10.
Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
