End of event, top 45% meets at hole 1, pictures of winners, payout vouchers distributed within 24 hours.

let's do 2 rounds, 1 day, Saturday June 29th.
Eric Paddy Memorial DGC will be the place, Shotgun start is the play. All hole assignments will be published the night before the event.
$2 pdga player fee
$5 admin to CDG team
No Player pack
$40 payout to respective division
All divisions available, if needed pls request if I overlooked.
9:30 Shotgun start, 2nd round tees 1 hr after last card finalizes score.
Optional $5 Ace pot, 1 optional $2 cash CTP, 2 merch CTP (free buy in)

Hole 3 – Pathway casual, water OB
Hole 4 – Pathway and beyond RIGHT OB
Hole 5 – Pathway and beyond RIGHT OB, fence and beyond OB
Hole 6 – Pathway and beyond LEFT OB
Hole 7 – Triple Mando, if mando not made play from drop zone (red brick flagged) fence and beyond LEFT OB

Cypress Disc Golf / CDG is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds $5 fee - should be requested through the confirmation email.
CDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 1 week before the start of event check-in.
CDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 48 hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 48 hrs of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience. THIS WILL NOT INCLUDE EVENT PLAYERS PACKS.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
ALL WAITLISTED PLAYERS THAT DO NOT GET IN WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED POST EVENT minus $5 fee
