Propst Park and Lake Lowndes in Columbus, MS
The Summer Sizzler was a tournament many people would talk about and be excited for every year in the North Mississippi area. When Propst Park stopped being used, it just was not the same vibe. Heart and Soul along with CDGA have come together and decided to bring back the real Summer Sizzler to the Columbus and bring Propst Park back into the mix. Everyone from around here knows exactly why it is called the "Summer Sizzler", so make sure you pack to stay cool and hydrated as you battle each other to win this returning event!
CDGA will be hosting a raffle after the second round at Lake Lowndes. There will be a box of goodies being raffled made by Heart and Soul, CDGA, and others. You make purchase a Ticket Pack when you register, and there will also be onsite ticket sales.
Onsite prices: $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 7 tickets, $10 for 15 tickets
Tournament central has yet to be decided at Propst, but will be the shack by the boat ramp when at Lake Lowndes.
Check In: 7:30-8:30am
Players meeting at 8:15am
Tee Off: 9:00am
Second round will be announced after last card from first round is submitted.
Entree Free Breakdown:
All Pro divisions: $3 Park fee, $3 PDGA fee, $54 to purse
All AM divisions: $3 Park fee, $3 PDGA fee, $20 voucher to on-site vending, $19 to payout
All Pro Divisions and MA1 will play long pads at both Propst Park and Lake Lowndes.
All other AM divisions will play all short pads at both Propst Park and Lake Lowndes.
PDGA Live Scoring will be used.
