Gorilla Disc Golf was again bestowed the honor of facilitating and vending this crowd favorite event. For 2023. As such, we will do our very best to retain the classic, good times vibe of the "Sugar Show" in all aspects possible.

All players, Pro and Am, can expect a custom Innova event stamped players pack disc at no deduction from entry.
All players, Pro and Am, can expect BIG added cash to their divisions.
We are forgoing the free lunch again this year.

FORMAT -
9am 1st round TEE OFF. Players should be at their staring holes before 9am.
No players meeting. See attached pics for layout.
Digital players meeting will be emailed Thursday evening.
Hole assignments will be up on PDGA event page by 4pm Friday.

(1 round forward/1 round backwards)

ENTRY FEE BREAKDOWN / PAYOUT SCHEDULE-
$10 from each entry benefits Child Advocates of Fort Bend
$3 PDGA fee
EVERYTHING ELSE GOES TO PAYOUT -

PDGA SANCTIONED C TIER
Payout: 45% AM / 40% Pro

Overall caps supersede divs caps in some divisions.
Division caps will be lifted 48hrs after registration opens.
Open spots will then be populated on 3 criteria-
1) Available spots in appropriate divisions to fill cards of 5
2) Order of waitlist registration
3) Similar skill level

There will be NO ADDS after 6pm 1/27/22, that means no morning of adds too.
Waitlisted players that do not get in will be refunded post event.

WAITLIST - $5 fee, non-refundable.
I do not know the chances of a player getting in from the waitlist.
I am not a clairvoyant, I cannot predict the future. Sorry and thanks !!

By registering for this event- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THE "ABOUT" SECTION, THE REFUND POLICY AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED INFO.


Any player who asks a question clearly covered in "THE ABOUT SECTION" leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and it's likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.

Gorilla DG is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
GDG refund policy- $5 processing fee
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.

$5 Waitlist fee NON-REFUNDABLE

*exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
