About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Stone’s Throw Disc Golf is excited to present its first PDGA sanctioned tournament, the Stone’s Throw Spring Open. This one-day tournament will be held on Saturday April 23, 2022 and host up to 76 participants.
Two rounds will be played on different 19-hole course layouts based on division:
- MPO and MP40 will play a modified version of the blue tee layout (2, 6.5, and 17 will be played from white).
- MA1 will play the blue tee layout round one, and the white tee layout round two.
- FPO and FP40 will play the white tee layout.
- MA40 will play the white tee layout for round one, and the red tee layout for round two.
- FA1, FA40, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3 will play the red tee layout both rounds.
Amateurs will receive a player pack during check-in that features a custom stamped Champion Roc3, a custom stamped mini, and a custom t-shirt.
Trophies and a jar of Barry's homemade maple syrup will be awarded to the winner of each division.
We’ll have an optional $5 ace pot for both amateurs and pros. There will be a CTP prize for each amateur division.
Camping will be offered on site for $5/night per person, available for both Friday and Saturday night. Please note you will be responsible for providing your own food. We’ll have water stations set up. We will also be providing a grill for campers to use during their stay.
