About this tournament
This is a PDGA sanctioned C-tier event played on a new layout at the Church on the Hill property and the Cookeville Church of the Nazarene course. With there only being 9 holes at each course, we will play 2 rounds of 9 at one course, break for lunch, and 2 rounds at the other course.
Check in will be the morning of, at your starting course.
A-pool will start at the Church of the Nazarene Course

B-pool will start at Church on the Hill
3001 Phillips Cemetery Rd, Cookeville, TN 38506
FREE LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. The Cookeville Church of the Nazarene will be providing lunch between rounds in their gym. This is also where the payout will be at the conclusion of the event.
Payouts:
Amateur divisions will be paid out with vouchers to be redeemed at the conclusion of the event at the gym at the Cookeville Nazarene Church course. Pro divisions will receive payouts via paypal.
Players packs.
For player packs, all amateur players will receive a $17 voucher to redeem at the vendor that will be set up at the Cookeville Nazarene Church course for payout. Since players will be checking in at different courses, vouchers can be redeemed during the lunch break or during the awards at the end.

Refund policy
Cookeville Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Close of registration is at 8 P.M. Central Time 8/27/2022. Waitlist replacements will be processed immediately after close of registration.
Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees
Any withdrawal before 11:59 P.M. Central Time on 8/13/2022 will receive full refund minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal from 12:00 AM Central Time 8/14/2022 to 11:59 P.M. Central Time 8/25/2022 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, competitor will receive 50% refund.
Withdrawal after 11:59 P.M. Central Time 8/25/2022 will receive NO refund.
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack.
