Star Spangled Shootout

2 Rounds of 18 Holes at Cane Creek Park. One day, PDGA sanctioned C-Tier featuring shotgun starts.

Check-In will be from 7am-8am at the pavilion between hole 11 and 12. We will use PDGA live scoring. Starting hole assignments for round 1 will be set after close of registration.

This tournament will be a C-Tier, but also a fundraiser to help send the Tennessee Tech Disc Golf Club to regional qualifiers, as well as College Nationals. Specifically, these funds will help with travel expenses such as hotels, gas, etc., and entry fees. The split will be, 40% for club and 60% will go back to players in form of players pack, payouts, etc.

We will have a Raffle, CTP and an Ace Pot.

AMs will receive a player’s pack that will include a Z-line Discraft tournament hot-stamp disc and additional goodies.

Cookeville DGC Shop voucher payout for AM winners.

Must have at least 3 players to receive AM payout.

Tennessee Tech University Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Close of registration is at 8 P.M. Central Time 7/6/2022. Waitlist replacements will be processed immediately after close of registration.

Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.

Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.

Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.

Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees

Any withdrawal before 11:59 P.M. Central Time on 6/25/2022 will receive full refund minus discgolfscene fees.

Withdrawal from 12:00 A.M. Central Time 6/26/2022 to 11:59 P.M. Central Time 7/6/2022 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, competitor will receive 50% refund.

Withdrawal after 11:59 P.M. Central Time 7/6/2022 will receive NO refund.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack.
