About this tournament
Stadium Field Polar Putting Party
Thank you very much for your interest in this fundraiser event! All money raised will be evenly split where half will go the the PHS Disc Golf Club and the other half to the Humane Society of Parkersburg
the MOV recently started a club level team at all local high schools and we are using this as a start to our season.
HSOP recently took in close to 150 dogs all from the same residence and they need our help. The community has banded together to help get supplies and care for these dogs, but this will be a big setback for them and we want to do our part to help out!
- $30 Entry Fee
· Two 18-hole rounds
· Juniors (18 and under), Men's, and Women's divisions
· Plaques will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each division (Made by the PHS Woodshop Class)
- Players Pack includes:
· Shirt with Logo (Logo designed by the PHS Graphic Design Class)
· Assortment of prizes from our donors
- Optional: $1 to enter Ace Fund
-Ace Fund will be split 50/50. If multiple people Ace, the money will be split evenly
- OPTIONAL MULLIGANS: 1 food/hygiene item = 1 mulligan (for up to 10 mulligans). All of the following food items will be accepted and donated to the PHS Care Closet:
- Canned Soups/Pastas
- Easy Mac/Boxed Mac and Cheese
- Ramen
- Canned Veggies
- Fruit Cups
- Pop-Tarts/Oatmeal
- Pancake mix/Syrup
- Cereal
- Hamburger Helper (or similar) Meals
- Tooth Brushes
- Toothpaste
- Feminine hygiene items
- CTP Contest after tournament
· Trophy for CTP winner in each division (Trophy made by the PHS Ceramics Class)
- We will also have raffle drawings for a few different prize packages from our sponsors! Tickets for the raffles can be purchased at check-in and throughout the day.
PUTTER ONLY EVENT: All discs to be used for this event shall be 4 speed or less and should only be those classified as "Putt and Approach". This is a fundraiser event so we are not going to heavily police this, but please do your best to follow these rules in fairness to your fellow disc golfers. Also of note, some holes may incorporate objects or pavements, which could damage discs. It is recommended that you take this into consideration when determining which discs to bring to the event.
