About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Two rounds at Lions Park in Shakopee, utilizing the newly designed 18 holes! There will be one added hole after hole 18 similar to what we have used in past seasons. This is to accommodate as many players as possible. If we only have 90 players I will remove this hole back out. This will be the first official event using the new layout, which is very exciting! All divisions will play the regular teepads as they are all on proper concrete and this will avoid any messy situations!
The first round will begin at 9am in a shotgun start format. Players will have their hole assignments at least one day in advance. The second round will begin approximately one hour after the first round has completely concluded.

Refund policy
Eric Busch is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. The refund policy will directly follow the PDGA policies outlined and I am typically very happy to allow full refunds as time permits but please specifically note the following provision in the PDGA guidelines:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund.
