About this tournament

We are excited kick off the 2026 season with our sixth installment of Spring Fever. This is a two-round, tee-time, B-Tier event for pros and amateurs at Oak Ridge and Westy Acres with $750 added cash. This year we are happy to announce that with Oak Ridge back in business we will be returning to our original format of one round at Oak Ridge on Saturday and one round at Westy Acres on Sunday.

Division layouts are subject to change based on division sizes.

EVENT FEES
The entry fee for this event varies by division.
From each entry, the following will be deducted:
- $4 to the PDGA
- $10 to greens fees for Oak Ridge (waived for lifetime members - use code LIFETIME)
- $10 to greens fees for Westy Acres (waived for course members - use code MEMBER)
- $4 TD fee donated to support the event
- $2 series fee for the Westy Acres series
- The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the cost of awards and to the payout for that division.
- The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack and division awards and then applied to the payout for that division.

REFUNDS
Players who withdraw at least 30 days before an event will receive a full refund minus a $10 fee as per PDGA guidelines. See more details below.

TROPHIES
Divisions with 13 or more players will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies. Divisions with 5-12 players will have 1st and 2nd place trophies. Divisions with 3-4 players will have 1st place trophies only. Note: This is based on registration numbers three weeks before the event.

Note that divisions of fewer than 3 players will be considered for merging after consulting with affected players.

PAYOUTS
$750 added cash.
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal or Venmo within 48 hours of completion of the event.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at Disc Golf Center (https://discgolfcenter.com).

All pro payouts will be done through PayPal to the email you registered with unless a different email or a Venmo account name is specified for the Electronic Payment Account in the registration form.

PLAYERS PACKS
All Amateur players will receive a $25 credit to the Disc Golf Center to select their own player pack. This credit can be applied to any purchase at Disc Golf Center and is not restricted to just $25.

Players will receive an email prior to the event with all event information.

CHECK-IN
All players must check-in on with the tournament staff near hole one when they arrive at Oak Ridge on Saturday morning.
Early check-in is also available starting at 4PM on Friday, April 17th at Westy Acres immediately before casual random doubles at 5:15.

AWARDS
Awards will be presented on Sunday at Westy Acres approximately 15 minutes after last card is in for each division.

FRIDAY NIGHT
On Friday night, April 17th, we will hold a casual random doubles tournament at Westy Acres. Cards will be drawn at 5:15 PM.

SATURDAY NIGHT
On Saturday night, April 18th, weather permitting, there will be a glow round starting at 7:30pm at Westy Acres.

CAMPING
Camping will be available for the weekend at Westy Acres near the farm holes (C - H). A limited number of RV / Van / Trailer / Tent sites are available for a $5 donation. A porta-potty will be available near the camping area.

The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 11. The address will be included in the information emailed to participants. Camping setup is available starting Friday at Noon.

Please note that the speed limit on town roads leading to Westy Acres is 25 MPH. Please do not exceed it—show respect for the neighbors. Players caught speeding will be banned from future events at Westy Acres.

We might use your phone and email contact information to keep you informed about future disc golf events.

Refund policy

All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee may be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy.

Summary:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the event (by Thursday, March 19, 2026).
50% refund if canceled at least 15 days prior (by Friday, April 3, 2026).
25% refund if canceled before 48 hours prior (by Thursday, April 16, 2026).
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.

Two ways to withdraw: There is "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. Also you can click the "Registered Players" link in the event and a "Edit" and "Withdraw" button is there.
