About this tournament

SMAC III
2 rounds of 21 holes with 1-hour lunch break

Advanced will play long tee
Int / Rec / Nov / Junior / and other age protected divisions will play short tee

All players will be entered into a drawing for a basket at the end of the event. All players will receive a players pack. More info about players pack as we get closer to the event.

Trees of Peace Disc Golf Payout Information:
100% Payout minus PDGA and Park Fees. AM Payout will be 50% of the division, for example, if there are 20 players in a division, there will be 10 spots paid out for prizes.

All division winners receive a handmade custom trophy. The division needs to have at least 2 people in the division for a trophy. I usually make trophies a couple of days before the event so if a division fills last minute I will not have time to make a trophy. Bigger fields will receive a custom wood trophy and smaller fields will receive a glass pendant.

Ace Pool: Everyone is automatically entered into the ace pool ($1 per player). If there is no ace we will throw off for the ace money after the event. If someone hits an ace there will be a throw-off at the end of the event for prizes.

We will do live scoring. Starting hole #s will be on the pdga website before the event begins. There will be a player's meeting at 9:30 am. There will be an informational handout with tournament info as well. I will be available for questions.

Online Scoring:
All official scores will be done through PDGA Digital Scoreboard. If you need an overview, you can read at http://bit.do/pdgascoring and when it’s time to go, simply go to www.pdga.com/score to get started.
These scores will be official and authoritative. That is, if you confirm an incorrect score, that is the same as turning in an incorrect physical scorecard and you would be penalized. Tips that I’ve learned in using this for previous tournaments are to sign out and sign back in if you are having issues loading anything, especially between rounds. And don’t forget to click confirm on your round at the end - simply entering the scores of the last hole is not enough.
