About this tournament
Welcome to the inaugural Southern California Junior Open. This is a Junior Only, FREE C-Tier Tournament. While we welcome seasoned and casual disc golfers, our big driver here is to bring disc golf to those who have never experienced the joy of the game we all love. So reach out to friends, family, schools, etc. and get them signed up.
Course of play will be one round of 36 holes (18 Lakeside, 18 backside) for the 12 and over divisions. Juniors 10 and under will only play one side.
The only requirements to be in this tournament is a desire to play! No PDGA membership needed. No club affiliation needed. No cost required. You don't even need to own your own discs because one will be given to you in the player's pack.
Thanks to Technicolor Printing and Nomad Discs, there will be a player's pack for each registrant that will include a disc, tournament shirt, and other goodies.

I will be sending out the Caddybook for this event on Monday, June 6th. The starting holes will be announced on Friday, June10th.
Schedule:
8am: Check in and player's packs
9am: Player's meeting at tournament central next to the practice baskets.(this is where all details of the tournament will be explained)
9:30am: Shotgun Start for MJ12/FJ12/MJ15/FJ15/MJ18/FJ18 first 18 holes
12:30 - 1:30pm: Lunch Break
1:30pm: Shotgun Start for MJ12/FJ12/MJ15/FJ15/MJ18/FJ18 final 18 holes and MJ10/FJ10/MJ08/FJ08/MJ06/FJ06 18 holes (on lakeside.)
Immediately following round: Awards and Raffle
