About this tournament
4 rounds of play
This is a two-day, four-round, bring your own partner doubles event featuring alternating formats. The first round each day is best throw (each player tees off, etc and the team captain selects which lie to use). The second round each day is alternate throw with fixed tee (players alternate teeing off and alternate shots).
Saturday will be held at Grand Central Station. Sunday will be held at Golden Grove Farm and Brew.
This event is a USDGC Doubles Qualifier for teams playing in MA1 or FA1 divisions. Teams in these divisions will receive an additional custom stamped disc from Innova. The invite distribution will be as follows:
MA1 1-14 teams: 1 team qualifies
MA1 15-24 teams: 2 teams qualify
MA1 25 + teams: 3 teams qualify
FA1 1-5 teams: 1 team qualifies
All players, including pros, receive a unique players pack.
Teams must register for the division that both players are eligible to play in. For example, a team with an Advanced player and a Masters player must sign up as MA1. A team with an Advanced player and an Open player must sign up as MPO.
There will be NO day-of changes to the tournament. All division changes, drops, and registrations must be completed by Friday night. No walk-up registrations will be accepted.
Round 1: Freight - Best Throw (Captain's choice)
Round 2: Freight - Alternate Throw with Fixed Tee
Round 3: MPO/MA1 Blue tees, MA2/MA3 White tees - Best Throw (Captain's choice)
Round 4: All divisions white tees - Alternate Throw with Fixed Tee
For rounds at Grand Central, we will play a modified Locomotive Layout. Players will follow the Locomotive Layout, with the following hole exceptions: 6, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18. Please see below for specific hole information.
6 Long / 15 Freight Tee. White stakes right and beyond are OB.
13 Long / Uphill basket. White stakes on left and beyond are OB.
14 Long / Uphill tee.
15 Safari / Long tee. Double mandos. Any throw that misses marked mandos proceeds to regular tee as the drop zone. White stakes on left and beyond are OB.
16 Short tee on right.
18 Temporary dirt tee pad marked between white flags.

Refund policy
WAITLIST FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
WITHDRAWALS WILL BE CHARGED A $5 SERVICE CHARGE.
Upstate Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refund/cancellation per PDGA guidelines.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.
If TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division, any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
