Surrounded by water in the pond is OB. All other water on the course is casual relief.
All fences and beyond are out of bounds (except the split rail fence on hole 17).

Hole 1: Beyond the fences are out of bounds.
Hole 2: Beyond the fences are out of bounds. Asphalt roads and curbs are out of bounds.
Hole 3: Beyond the fences are out of bounds.
Hole 4: Asphalt roads and curbs are out of bounds.
Hole 6: Water is casual relief. Flagged area off of the tee is casual.
Hole 7: Beyond the fences are out of bounds.
Hole 8: Surrounded by water is out of bounds.
Hole 9: Surrounded by water is out of bounds.
Hole 11: Mando is not in play. Beyond the wood fences for the neighborhood are out of bounds. The wire fence behind the basket is not out of bounds.
Hole 13: Surrounded by water is out of bounds.
Hole 14: Beyond the fences are out of bounds.
Hole 15: Beyond the fences are out of bounds.
Hole 16: This is an island hole. If the island is missed from the tee, throw from the drop zone with a penalty. If you go out of bounds after making the island, bring your shot back in from where it last went out with a penalty.
Hole 17: The split rail fence is not out of bounds. Asphalt roads and curbs are out of bounds.
Hole 18: Beyond the fences are out of bounds. Asphalt roads and curbs are out of bounds.
