Check In will begin at 4 pm and you will pick up your player pack (over a $40 value)at this time and can practice with the discs until the player meeting at 6:30pm. You will only be allowed to use the 2 discs in the player's pack during the tournament. The players' meeting will be at 6:30pm. We will discuss the layout, rules, and do a raffle drawing with many prizes listed below. We may be adding prizes along with this list.

3 new Axiom Pro HD baskets that will be used during the tournament
12 MVP Lab second discs
2 Eclipse Resistor (Halloween edition)
1 MVP Shuttle backpack

The tournament format will be 2 rounds of 12 holes. This will be a glow round so the round will start when it gets dark. Please bring an LED flashlight to charge your discs. This will be an ace race tournament with Park Rangers Ace Race scoring.
7 points for ace
5 points for basket or chain hit on 1st shot
3 points for birdie
2 points for basket or chain hit on 2nd shot
1 point for the rest.

Now for the most important part: 100% of entry fees will go directly to the charity (Counselor's Christmas Crusade). This group is run by the FOP in Connersville and takes the money to supply a meal for the children of Connersville. After dinner the police officers take the kids to Walmart and let them pick out items needed and allows them to choose a toy for Christmas.
