About this tournament
Join us on August 20th for the Skeeter Heater at Sharp Springs Park in Smyrna, TN.
2 rounds on the same day. 1 round on the original course and 1 round on the temp course. Both courses are 18 holes each.
$1000 Added Cash to Pro divisions
Player pack for all AM divisions. Innova premium plastic glow driver and a mini
Pro's paid out through PayPal
AM's paid after tournament through Flyin' Colors, DD Music City, and MTDGA that day only. Voucher can only be used at 1 of the 3 vendors, No splitting between stores
We will be using PDGA live scoring. Please downloaded the app if you haven't already. MTDGA is the code
Pool A will play original course 1st round with temp course being played 2nd round
Pool B will play temp course 1st round with original course being played 2nd round
Please check your registration to verify if you are in the ACE pot if you want to be. We will not take cash at Tournament central. If no Ace is hit during round(s) there will be a throw off (2 CTP's) split..

Vendor Village is back!! Disc Golf vendors, Arts and crafts for disc golfers and a few others for you to enjoy before, during lunch and after the tournament.
Waitlist will move by Pool and registration date. Get on the waitlist or we won’t know you want in. I will adjust divisions July 5th to open spots where needed. 2nd adjustment for divisions is 07/23/23
Tee times will be posted on Saturday night. Per PDGA rules, card assignments will be random. Please do not contact with requests to play with specific people. Tee times for round 2 will be posted after all rounds are completed.

Refund policy

Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the wait list, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene
Any Women that feels another player in the female only division has an unfair advantage is eligible for a 100% refund up to day registration closes
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else
If you are not promoted from wait list, you will receive a full refund minus pay pal processing fee.
Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event 100% refund
15 - 29 days before the event, if your spot is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.
14 days before the event, if your spots is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.
If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on 8/20, you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
