Player party will include:
• New private course grand opening
▫ Opening the first 9-holes of a brand-new private course on a 100-acre property in Simcoe County (location to be announced only to registered players). The course consists of a mix of wooded and open holes with elevation changes and mixed terrain. We want player feedback as the course is building to include 18 holes.
▫ Arrive early and play the course, or use the voucher in your player pack to play with a guest on another date.
▫ Next year, the plan is to host this event with at least 1 round at Sandy Hollow and 1 round at this new course location (if player feedback is positive and supports this decision).
• Glowie
▫ A small pitch and putt glowie course will be set up near registration with multiple baskets and exciting shot shapes!
• Bonfire
▫ For hanging out and meeting fellow players before the tournament kicks off
• Player Registration & Check-in
▫ Players can check in and collect their player packs including a full selection of merch-out items available to utilize your $100 gift card. There will be a full selection of discs, jerseys, hats, baskets, accessories, patches, and more, all on location to make utilizing your player pack value easy!
• Light food will be included
▫ Players will receive a food voucher for a light meal (with a vegetarian option available) - this isn’t dinner, just something to keep you going
• Drinks will be available for purchase only during event registration
▫ Players will have the option to purchase beer at the time of registration
No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed on-site.

According to the PDGA Competition Manual 2.02.L: Any categories with less than 4 participants will be combined with other categories for awards and prizes, except for underserved divisions.

Tee times will start between 7:30am and 4:30pm each day.

MA3/MA4/MA50/MA40/MA2/MA1: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Junior Categories: 4:00pm - 4:30pm

Withdrawal Options (According to the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds)

Players must request a refund through Disc Golf Scene or email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

1. Official withdrawal requests made before August 7, 2025, are eligible for a full monetary refund minus admin/processing fees.

2. Official withdrawal requests made between August 8 and August 22, 2025, are eligible for a 100% monetary refund minus admin/processing fees ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).

3. Official withdrawal requests made after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements are not entitled to a refund. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
