Third Coast Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
To withdraw, you MUST contact the TD preferably by email to [email redacted]. Filling out a refund request on DiscGolfScene DOES EMAIL, so that is acceptable. Full refunds will not generally be given.

Full refunds are only given if the player's spot is filled. (This means a refund decision may not come until after the tournament date.) Otherwise:
30 days: Full refund
15-29 days: 50% refund.
