About this tournament
Quick Camp info:
Due to COVID-19 challenges, this event's attendance requires you to adhere to the CDC guidelines and participate in helping clean up after yourself in common areas.
If you are unable to comply with the rules, you may be asked to leave the event with no refund.
If you know, you cannot comply with the rules or feel sick or may have been exposed to COVID before the event starts. Let us know, and we will give a full refund.
Wash hands, wear a mask in common areas, such as restrooms.
Clean up after yourself in the same areas.
Leave spaces better than you found them.
Camp stoves allowed for cooking.
No Campfires. (Forest restrictions)
The kitchen is not available for cooking or general use. Please keep out, as the kitchen is for the event staff only.
No children are allowed to be in the kitchen.
Ice from the Ice machine will be available. Hands must be washed or sanitized, and masks must be worn to have access. (Adults only)
Cabin info:
Available beds/rooms in the buildings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to help accommodate the family's needs and keep groups separate.
If rooms are all taken, then you may need to tent camp. If you are showing up late, it would be wise to be prepared to stay in a tent.
(Ranch house, Hitchen post, Bunkhouse, and trailer, are for the event staff only).

The Shootout will be a trophy only event for amateurs.
A players pack will be provided for the Am's
Pros 100% payout.
This year's tournament entry fee includes a $15 property/camping fee.
This fee covers camping or a bunkhouse bed for 1 person for 1 night
(bring your bedding, sleeping bag, blanket, pillow and towels as bunks are only bed and mattress).
$6 out of your entry will be applied towards your greens fee, giving us a discounted greens fee of $3 per day. You also receive Thursday and Friday as free practice days for signing up for this event, which is a $20 value.

The property has summer camp-style beds to sleep up to 150 people, with restrooms and showers. First come first serve, I'll do my best to accommodate needs. Buildings are mattress only, and you will need to provide your own bedding, sleeping bag, blanket, pillow, towels, etc.
(Ranch house, Hitchen post, Bunkhouse, and trailer, are for the event staff only).
There are several family amenities to enjoy, such as the playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and swings.
Weather permitting, there will be Zip-line rides, and four-wheeler train rides around the property during breaks and after the rounds for children. (maybe canceled due to COVID restrictions. more info to come)
We aim for this year's event to be a family-friendly environment. All visitors to the property are expected to respect the property and other visitors while staying by keeping music and other noises to a neighborly level.
Property rules:
-No illegal substances.
- No smoking in any ranch building will be permitted. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit.
- Violations will result in disqualification and dismissal from the event.
- Smoking and campfires are dependent on forest fire restrictions.
If you wish to show up early and camp/stay, please choose the extra nights fee at signup.
If you have others in your group who are not playing in the event but camping with you, please check the appropriate box during signup.
If you wish to bring an RV or Camp Trailer, please check the appropriate box at signup.
(RV includes electric and water hookup.)
Please understand, Wilderness Ranch has graciously agreed that all revenue brought in from camping fees will go directly toward the disc golf course maintenance and improvement. Our event is not only playing for the weekend but helping to improve the course for the future.
