Entry fee breakdown:
Pro $45 to pay out, $10 CTP’s $10 SSO, $5 MCDG
AM and Mixed $25 to pay out, $10 CTP's, $10 SSO, $5 MCDG
Every hole will have a mando, OB, or both.
Cash payouts in every divisions top 45%
Cash CTP's on holes 1, 3A, 4, 6, 9, 11,12, 16,17,18B
