About this tournament

1 round of play
2 Rounds on a Temporary course set around Lake at Shelby Park.
Hole #1 tee is the basketball court at Shelby Park Community Center. High level course that has all the challenge you will want with water, elevation with par 4s and 5s. Course will be slightly modified from previous years.

CHECK IN 6:30-7:30 DUE TO EARLY DARKNESS.

Must be 3 or more players per Division or you will either be moved to the next appropriate Division or offered a refund, except Women.

Pre-registration only.
Registration closes February 11th at 8 PM central time.
No refunds after this time except Wait-list or COVID-19 related withdrawls.
Wait-list will be promoted by Pool.

Tournament Date: Sunday February 13th.

AM Payout will be sent out the day after the tournament in the form of NDGS Gift Certificates, and will be good for one year from the tournament date.

PRO Payout will be sent out via PayPal the day after the tournament.

Refund policy

Per PDGA Competition Manual 1.03

100% Refund - 30 days before the start of the event.
50% Refund or Player's Pack - 15-29 days before the start of the event unless replaced from the waitlist, 100% if replaced.
25% Refund or Player's Pack - 14 or less days before the start of the event unless replaced from the waitlist, 100% if replaced.
No refunds for no shows and players not replaced from the waitlist.

Nashville Disc Golf Store is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
