About this tournament
1 round of play
Welcome one and all to Seneca’s first Superclass tournament. The purpose of this unsanctioned event is to have fun and play a round using an approved pdga Super/Vintage Class disc. All are welcome to come out and compete!
The approved discs are posted on the pdga site here: https://www.pdga.com/technical-standards/equipment-certification/discs?title=&field_disc_class_value=sv&field_equipment_manufacturer_value=
(Note: all weights are allowed for all discs listed in the link above)
Cost is $20 per person. Note there is a fee to enter the park on Saturday ($5 for out of state, $3 for in state vehicles). Day of registration costs $25 per person.
Two divisions are available, Gold and White. Gold is open to anyone with a pdga rating above 935 or those with a lower rating interested in competing in a higher tier. White is available for anyone with a rating below 935.
Lunch is provided, please choose either Meat or Vegetarian option when pre-registering so we have an estimated amount of vegetarian options available. We have an alcohol permit for the area around the sign and benches.
A limited quantity of Zephyrs will be available to purchase, first come first serve. There is an option to preorder a disc during registration.
Layout:
We will be playing all 27 holes using a mixture of Red and Yellow (Rec) tee pads. Some will be challenging par 3s and some will be ace runs. Everyone will play 18 holes and then break for lunch before finishing the final nine with reordered groups.
