Join us for the Second Chance Open, a charity disc golf tournament benefiting Flagler
OARS and Discover & Recover. Your participation helps fund crucial programs, services, and
resources that support individuals and families suffering from substance use disorder.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, this is your chance to enjoy a day of
friendly competition on the beautiful greens of Moccasin Creek Disc Golf Course. Registration includes
a round of disc golf, cash payouts, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, lunch, and a premium
mystery disc. There will also be plenty of opportunities to win prizes through our closest-to-the-
pin contests and raffles.
More than a round of disc golf, the Second Chance Open is an opportunity to make a real
difference in the lives of those who need it most.

26 holes, playing Alternate 25 and 26. Island will be in play.
All divisions will play from Short Pads to Yellow Baskets.
One (1) Second Chance Mulligan available. Cash or available on DiscGolfScene. Limit one per
player.
