We will take the first 72 people to register so sign up quickly. Payment, registration and questions should be made to Kurt Cunning 801-726-8270 or Mark Gibby 435-225-9254. Please register early if possible so we can get a headcount. Registration will also be available the day of the event.

Registration will guarantee 18 holes of play. In the event of a tie, there will be a sudden death round to determine a tie breaker.
