About this tournament

2 rounds of play
Trophy only for amateur divisions.
Pool A (MPO, MP40, MP50, and MA1) Long Layout both rounds.
Pool B (All other AMs) Short Layout both rounds.

This will be a fundraising event to support the National Veterans Foundation. (Suicide Prevention Program)

Sanctioned C-Tier, Two Rounds, Shotgun Start.
AMs will receive a player's pack of one premium disc and a mini. (Select your own.)
PROs will receive payout via PayPal.
Trophies will be awarded to the winners of divisions with at least 3 players.

Refund policy

Grateful Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

The Refunds/withdrawals must be sent through Disc Golf Scene under the Registration Page, "Registered Players" tab.

Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event 100% refund minus PayPal fees and a $7 donation.

15 - 29 days before the event, if your spot is filled in the same pool, 100% minus PayPal fees and a $7 donation. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.

14 days before the event, if your spots is filled in the same pool, 100% minus Pay Pal fees and a $7 donation. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.

If you do not show up and do not inform the TD before registration closes, you will not receive a player's pack or cash refund.
