Welcome to the inaugural Savannah Bee Invitational!!!
This is a long course and as such, we will be playing 2 rounds (1 each day) with tee time starts. This will allow us to have the maximum number of people in the event and give everyone time to enjoy downtown Savannah and recoup for the second round. The event will be trophy only for amateurs and 50% payout for professionals.
Tee assignments are as follows:
MPO, MP40, MA1 - Gold Gold
FPO, MP50, MA40, MA2 - Gold Blue
MP60, MA50, FA1 - Blue Blue
MA60, FA2, MA3 - Blue Red
All other divisions - Red Red
Players Packs:
AM Players pack retail value for this year's event is approximately $160.00 and will include the following:
(1) - Discraft Buzzz Tee w/ Tournament Logo
(1) - Shoulder Bag
(1) - Chalk Bag
(1) - Snap-back Hat
(1) - Fused Buzzz
(1) - Jawbreaker Swirl Zone
(1) - ESP Plastic Disc of Choice (Molds are Cicada, Force, Heat, Nuke, Raptor, Scorch, Thrasher, Undertaker)
Pass Through Fee's:
Along with the player packs. pass through fee's are as follows:
(1) $10 Course Fee - Unlimited disc golf Friday, tourney play, Saturday and Sunday October 10-12
(1) $5 Utility Fee - Facility Rentals, Hydration Stations, Etc.
Cash CTPs:
There will be cash CTP's available during the first round of play for those who buy-in. These will be spread out between groups playing the same pads.
Merch CTPs:
Our incredible sponsor will be providing items from Savannah area business, available to several divisions throughout the weekend.
Ace Pot:
All holes are active for the ace pot and in the event several are hit they will be split between the group. You must buy-in to be eligible. If no aces are hit, the money will roll over into the next event at this property in the form of added cash and/or cash CTPs.
Lodging:
The Westin Resort is the onsite property. Contact me for a discount code I'll be obtaining.
Beyond that, there are several hotels in the downtown Savannah area as well as some cheaper locations in nearby Pooler.
Vending:
Perception Disc Golf will be our on-site vendor this year. You'll be able to use your gift voucher either day, during the tournament. If you're not familiar, Perception has a wide variety of several different manufacturer's disc's all meticulously cataloged. I'm certain you'll find something you like in the collection they bring.
