  Registration and check in for event. Located at main pavilion.

  9:00am - 9:15am

  Players meeting held at main pavilion.

  9:30am

  Round one begins. Shotgun start.
  
  Free lunch to follow at main pavilion
  
  Second round to begin roughly 1 hour after last card comes in.
  Prizes, trophies and raffle winners will be done as soon as possible when all cards for a division are in and checked.
  All prizes will be paid in cash. Payout will be half of entry.
  
  PLEASE REMEMBER 4 CANNED GOODS PER TEAM TO BE BROUGHT AS PART OF ENTRY AS WELL. $5 WILL BE CHARGED IF NO CANNED GOODS ARE BROUGHT PER TEAM.
  Players pack to include:
  Ice Bowl stamped mini to first 25 teams registered
  Various JelSert items
  Hand warmer
  1 raffle tickets
  (Will be updated as items are added)
  
  Raffle tickets will be available for $1 each or 6 for $5
  
  Mulligans will also be available for sale at $3 a piece or 3 for $5. Limit 3 per round. These will be played per team. Each player rethrows.
  
  Ace pot will be available day of for $1. And will be paid out 50/50. With half of the pot going to the charity and the other half to the thrower. If no ace is hit, all proceeds will go to the charity
  
  Discs will also be available at the event for sale. Limited supply of these will be available.
