About this tournament
This event does not close the course to outside play. Casual groups may be playing the course on other holes at the same time as competitors.
This is a one round, 18 hole PDGA C Tier shoot out at the Portola Riverwalk DGC PLUS a minor fund raiser to support course improvements and the Portola Disc Golf Club! ($1 of every entry go towards course maintenance and materials associated with the efforts of the Portola Disc Golf Club).
SPACE IS LIMITED AND WE ARE NOT HOLDING SPOTS FOR DIVISIONS so sign up quick to get your spot!
Women's and Juniors divisions will have an adjusted par IF THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 PLAYERS TOTAL (between all juniors and Women combined) on one or 2 holes that will separate their ratings. If there are less than 3, but still a woman or junior playing, they will be playing regular pars with the rest of the field playing their layout.
WOMEN, JUNIORS, MA60, MA70, MA3 will be playing shorts. All other divisions will be playing longs.
NO Same DAY SIGN UPS OR SIGN UPS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES @ 1:00pm Friday.

Cards with mixed divisions ARE allowed. If you have a grouping request YOU MUST have verified your group BEFORE registering - UP TO 5 PLAYERS PER GROUP and your request must be included in the notes of your registration. If we receive conflicting requests (like 6 people trying to be in your group) all the requests for that group will be thrown out. Otherwise groups will be randomly assigned Friday night. PLEASE NOTE: requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best.
THIS IS A LOW COST 1 ROUND PDGA C TIER EVENT & A SMALL FUND RAISER to support course improvements!
As such, there will be NO TROPHIES and NO PLAYERS PACKS.
FEES
$3 - $5 per player goes to PDGA Fees ($3 per player straight to the PDGA, then we all split the $50 event registration fee for the event - so if more players sign up, less per player comes out of the fees).
$1 per player go to the Portola Disc Golf Club for maintenance and improvements of the course.
$1 per player goes to Tournament Director to cover hard costs.
ALL OTHER FUNDS GO STRAIGHT TO PAYOUT
PAYOUTS
Pros will be paid via PayPal within 48 hours to the email address used to sign up.
Ams will be paid out in Disc Giant Script. Script winners will be listed in a wrap up email within 24 hours of close of the event. Script expires 30 days from issue. Script can be redeemed at Disc Giant in Reno or at the Disc Giant Booth at the Portola Riverwalk Rumble May 3oth - June 1st. If you are from an area outside of Portola or Reno, contact Skot and we will work out redemption with shipping (also option for delivery in Portola at the Special Edition dubs RDGA Rumble warm up the Saturday before the Rumble) from Disc Giants large inventory.
MIMIMUM PRO DIVISIONS
A Pro Division MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 participants to qualify as a division and receive payouts. If you sIgn up for a division that does not have 3 players by the time registration closes, we will move you to the next closest division (example, if Piere is the only sign up for MP50 and there are 3 people in MP40, Piere will be moved to MP40. EXCEPTION MADE FOR WOMENS DIVISIONS.

Refund requests must be received by noon May 2nd to qualify for refund. Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
