About this tournament

This is a 2 round Pro/Am PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier at North Sandusky DGC in Sesser.
MA3, FA3, MA4 will be "True Amateur" (PDGA 2.06) Trophies will need about 2 weeks to be processed, so we will prepare them based on registration numbers on 03/02. (one player divisions will still receive a trophy in these 3 divisions if registered by this date). All players in these divisions will receive the following Player's Pack: One disc of their choice from our old stock Innova, plus a choice between a "Discbox" or a $10 voucher good for Throwing Payne's Merchandise.
MA1, FA1, MA2, will be broken down as follows: ($35 - $6 Pass-Thru Fees -$10 players' pack =19 to payout) These players will receive the following Player's Pack: Choice between a "Discbox" or a $10 voucher good for Throwing Payne's Merchandise.
MPO and FPO breakdown: ($50 - $6 Pass-Thru Fees = 44 x~91% = 40 to Payout) Pro payout will be handled with Paypal (or with Cash after the event depending on Pro Field size/payout)

All players will play 2 rounds, on the exact same course and layout. Caddy book will be sent out closer to the event to registered players.
I will add more amateur divisions if requested. However, any other divisions will follow 2.06 True Amateur rules about trophies. I want everyone to be able to play in their division of choice. Although I highly advise each person to play in a division with other people, I will try and work with you. I will communicate with players registered solo.
Payout for this event will be on site after the tournament, mainly consisting of Throwing Paynes stamped Discraft and Innova discs from previous events. Any payout not redeemed at the conclusion of event will be subject to shipping costs being deducted from the total for me to ship it to you. All payout will expire 30 days after the conclusion of the event (in accordance with Competition Manual 1.10G.2,4,5,6).

Throwing Paynes is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ACCORDING TO PDGA POLICY (reference Rules 1.03 for full rules, but below is a generalized breakdown)
30 days or more away from the event: 100% refund minus handling fees.
15 - 29 days before the event and if your spot is filled from the waitlist: 100% refund minus handling fees. If your spot is not filled: AM's will receive players pack, Pros will receive 50% refund.
14 days or less before the event If your spot is filled from the waitlist: 100% minus handling fees.
If your spot is not filled: AM's will receive players pack, Pros will receive 25% refund.
Day of No-Show/ last 48 hours: Per PDGA rules (1.03.F), if you don't withdraw and simply don't show up, no refund will be given, and PDGA doesn't require you to get anything (players pack is not guaranteed in this situation).
