INVITATION-ONLY EVENT.
Players must receive a by-name invitation from a female player in our Sadie Hawkins Spring Formal (Women's Main Event) being held earlier that same day (see series page for link) OR play in the Women's Main Event themselves to qualify for an invitation. This tournament will be sanctioned separately as part of a combo event that focuses on growing women's disc golf, with the added bonus of the Grow Disc Golf $5K/$10K Ace Pot event.
If an ace is hit during the sanctioned round, on one of the holes designated as a GDG Ace Hole, Grow Disc Golf will award $5,000.00 to the player for the ace. If the disc is documented as a Dynamic Discs, Latitude 64, or Westside Discs disc, the award will be doubled to $10,000.00. Players must state their name and the disc they are throwing into the camera before they throw their shot.
Once video evidence is submitted to Grow Disc Golf, the appropriate check will be mailed to the winner (or winners) within 10 business days.
There must be at least 72 players participating in order for GDG to sponsor this event. If less than 72 players, ace pot will only be comprised of that amount which would have gone to GDG ($3/player/ace hole)
ALL VIDEOGRAPHERS will receive their catered lunch free of charge. You do NOT need to select the add-on at registration!
$100 - Permit and Insurance fees from the PDGA
$70 - City permit fee
$2 - PDGA per player fee
$2 - TD Fee
$1 - Series Fee
TD reserves the right to invite additional players not "asked to the dance" commensurate to total number of registered players in Women's Main Event

Refund policy
Ky Kline, as representative for Kolorful Kylorado, is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow the PDGA refund policy. Drops over 14 days from the event are subject to a $5 fee. Drops within 14 days of the event will be subject to a $10 fee, the remainder of your refund is subject to your spot being filled in this event. Waitlist fee is non-refundable and will go directly to the event.
