Southern Oregon Winter Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. SOWS follows all PDGA guidelines when it comes to refunds. All refunds will be charged a $10 handling fee as outlined in the PDGA refund guidelines. It is the players responsibility to know these guidelines. I accept these guidelines by registering for this event.
