This is Event #1 of the SNEDGO Points Series - No additional registration for the series is necessary; players are automatically entered into the series by participating in a series event. Players may play in as many or as few events in the series as they like, including the SNEDGO Points Series Championship.

· Greens Fee: $3 (to Ninigret for course use)
· PDGA Per Player Fee: $3 (required by PDGA)
· SNEDGO Series Fee: $3 (towards series end-of-season prizes and expenses)
· TD Fee: $3 (event and sanctioning expenses)

Total Pass-through Fees (per PDGA rules): $12

To ensure accessibility through lower entry fees, this event will feature minimal to no player pack value. The remaining portion of each player's entry fee will be allocated towards division payouts and tournament expenses per PDGA guidelines for C-Tier events (85% to payouts, 15% expenses). Larger events, such as the series finale, will include player packs.

• Progressive Ace Pot
- Season-long progressive pot that grows with each event.
- Any aces thrown during this event split 50% of the current pot.
- Remaining 50% (or 100% if no aces are hit) rolls over to the next event.
- 100% of the pot will be awarded during the final event of the season.
- $5 Buy-in required during registration or before you tee off.

• CTP Pot (Cash Closest to the Pin)
- Winner-takes-all CTP contest.
- Separate from free, division-based CTPs.
- Closest drive to the pin on the designated CTP Pot hole wins the entire pot.
- String provided for accurate measurements.
- $2 Buy-in required during registration or before you tee off.

All refund requests for SNEDGO events will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 – Withdrawals and Refunds.

• Players who request a withdrawal within the refund-eligible window may receive a refund of the entry fee, minus up to a $10 handling fee.

• Late withdrawals, particularly when there are no players on the waitlist to fill the vacated spot, are not guaranteed a refund and may be denied at the Tournament Director’s discretion.

• Day-of withdrawals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

• Fees charged by DiscGolfScene, PayPal, or other payment processors are non-refundable.

• Donations made to SNEDGO are non-refundable.

• Players who remain on the waitlist and do not gain entry into the event will receive a full refund of their entry fee (excluding any non-refundable processing fees).

Refund decisions are made to balance fairness to individual players with the operational and financial commitments required to run each event.

To request a refund, players should use the withdrawal link included in their registration confirmation email or contact the Tournament Director directly and provide a reason for their withdrawal.
