About this tournament

Summer Melee at Rum Village is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. Two rounds of 24 holes at Rum Village DGC in South Bend, IN.

First round will be 24 holes with all pins in the short positions
Second round will be 24 holes with pins in the long positions (if applicable)

We will be using PDGA Live scoring for this event.

Each group will also have access to paper scorecards as a backup to the digital application.

PLAYERS PACK FOR EVERY REGISTERED AM PLAYER
Players pack will included one tournament stamped Discraft disc & one Buzzz Snap Cap.

At least one Ctp's or longest putt for every division during the first round.
Lunch will be provided for all paid entries-Entree TBD

PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Top 45% Payout via PayPal to the email used during registration no later than the end of Monday following the event. Trophy for 1st place finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite in accordance for top 45% by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division. Divisions with less then 3 participants will only have 1st place trophies.

Spots will be moved around as we get closer to the event. If your division is filled up get on the wait list, there is a good possibility that a spot will open up. Division spots will be moved and opened at the TD's discretion.

Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.

No cashless registration. No walk-ups.

Refund policy:
St. Joseph Valley DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to June 26th, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw between June 27th and July 1st, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 2nd and July 12th, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after July 12th, 2026 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
