About this tournament
1 round of play
We will be at Pavilion by Hole 1/Practice Basket @ 800am. You DO NOT need to arrive at 8am, we will be there setting up. Make sure to see a TD before starting your round.
The TDs onsite (Jeremy or Bill) will assist you in finding a card if you do not have one.
3-5 Players per card. Prolific Discs will be on site vending (use those vouchers!)
Payouts for AMs in Prolific Discs vouchers and Pros will be paid out in CASH (PayPal).
Prolific Discs Rolling Ace Pot is currently at $200!!! Acepot=$5
We will have 1 $2 optional CTP & 1 free CTP!
Utilize the comments section on DGS and Social Media Posts if you are trying to find a card/time.

Refund policy
Prolific Discs will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy.
>7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund.
2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.
< 48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 convenience fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
